I had a really comfortable room and a good night’s sleep. There are even French doors to a little outside space with seats. The restaurant was great for a buffet breakfast and dinner too. Nice welcoming friendly staff and easy access with carparks.

We had a great stay here, good location right next to the Queens Gate mall and lots of fast food shops and restaurants close by. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and had all we required. We loved seeing pickles as well

A Fantastic Stay in the Upgraded Rooms! I had the absolute pleasure of staying in one of the newly upgraded rooms and wow, they were both beautiful and incredibly functional. As someone who travels often, it's so important to have enough charging options for all my devices, and these rooms delivered with ample outlets in all the right places. The new bathrooms are thoughtfully designed, and I especially loved the perfect makeup mirror—such a small detail, but it made a big difference! Of course, the room upgrades are just the cherry on top of what was already an amazing experience. The service was outstanding, and the food was absolutely top - notch. Highly recommend—these new rooms really elevate the entire stay!

Friendly, Efficient, Pleasant, Fantastic Atmosphere

The staff were wonderful to deal with, engaging, and a real 'can do' attitude - kindly allowing me to check-in early. Rooms were of a decent size, comfortable, nice doors that open outward for fresh air. Location is awesome, right in central Lower Hutt - walking distance to most things. I appreciated ample private car parking, off-street parking is always a bonus. Loved the famous Parrot.

Very friendly staff. The rooms are nice as described. We are given a room with the parking right in front, which was great and easily accessible. It was a short stay but nice and comfortable. The bathrooms are nice and clean. Lots of parking and very close to Lower Hutt shopping and food.
